Trevor Hain is a PMP-certified AV engineer, integration consultant, and founder who specializes in bringing order to complex, high-risk technology environments. With over 20 years in construction and 18+ years in AV and systems integration, he operates at the intersection of physical infrastructure and intelligent systems — designing, recovering, and delivering projects that demand precision, speed, and accountability.

He has led large-scale deployments across enterprise, healthcare, and government environments, working with technologies ranging from control systems and AV-over-IP to networked infrastructure and emerging AI-driven solutions. Known for stepping into failing or stalled projects, Trevor aligns teams, clarifies scope, and restores execution momentum where others fall short.

Beyond his professional work, Trevor is a lifelong builder — programmer, microcontroller developer, and systems thinker — constantly exploring how technology can be used more responsibly, securely, and effectively.
